Handy Links to Brighton & Hove organisations

Being a Brightonian myself I couldn't miss out on mentioning some of the very worthy local organisations that are working to encourage more people to grow their own, by providing information, training and volunteering opportunities.

Citywide organisations

Brighton & Hove Organic Gardening Group - A not-for-profit organisation that runs garden visits, workshops, plant swaps and seasonal celebrations.

Harvest Brighton & Hove - Promoting local growing and eating in the city

Grow your Neighbours Own - Matching up those with gardens with those wanting space to grow their own food.

Training & Courses

The Garden House - Informative and inspirational workshops, courses and garden visits

Community Garden projects

Moulescoomb Forest Garden and wildlife project - A derelict allotment site brought back to life in a novel and wildlife friendly way.
